Job Description
- Ensures that the Restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of service and excellent customer relations. Responsible for the business performance of the Restaurant, maintains and complies strictly with the quality of food and beverages, service, and health and safety.
- Develops strategic planning for various activities of advertisements, promotions, with coordination with the Marketing team in providing more customers to dine and enjoy the Bistro.
- Planning and organizing day-to-day goals for the service operations, scheduling the different staff per rotation of shift, presenting sales reports and new agendas for the operations, and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures of the service.
- Monitoring all responsibilities that must be fulfilled in F&B Service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Preferably with Catering, Events and Banquet Background
- Preferably 3 years Assistant Manager/Manager in Hotel or Full service Restaurant
- Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, POS
