Job Description
- Held trainings for new hires
- In charge of generating invoices
- Assisting the clients with their financial request
- Updating Player Value for each transactions
- Key person for urgent matters
- Evaluates individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management.
- Monitors team performance and provide tools if necessary.
- Manage subordinates schedules weekly.
- Answering Incoming calls
- Responding to emails and tickets
- Manage and resolve client’s complaints
- Setting up an appointment
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Escalate calls to supervisors
- Updating client’s account information
- Save, sort, and classify client’s documents
- Report for all brands – daily, weekly and monthly
- Managing Status Cash Flow
- Immediate responsible for general task
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of technology, software applications and computer systems.
- Advanced customer focus and customer service skills.
- Exceptional training and coaching skills to motivate employees.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and in control of a situation.
- Candidate must have a bachelors degree of any course.
- With at least 5-10 years of solid proven work experience as an operational manager or relevant role.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Willing to work on site.
