The Personal Assistant will be directly reporting to the owner, assisting on all personal transactions not limited to the following:
- Collecting all bills, maintenance and payment arrangements.
- Meal and beverage arrangement.
- Work closely with the drivers for schedules and vehicles maintenance.
- Booking of Flights, accommodations and other needed in traveling
- Visa processing
- Running errand for ad-hoc task as when required.
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Personal Degree or Master’s Degree in business administration or relative field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices and iOS devices.
