Job Description

The Personal Assistant will be directly reporting to the owner, assisting on all personal transactions not limited to the following:

  • Collecting all bills, maintenance and payment arrangements.
  • Meal and beverage arrangement.
  • Work closely with the drivers for schedules and vehicles maintenance.
  • Booking of Flights, accommodations and other needed in traveling
  • Visa processing
  • Running errand for ad-hoc task as when required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Personal Degree or Master’s Degree in business administration or relative field or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
  • Pro-active
  • Confident
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices and iOS devices.
