Job Description

  • Building rapport with the client through regular communication.
  • To translate technical requirements to the business needs of customers.
  • To work well in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Newly graduates can apply for our junior positions
  • 1-2 years work experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Officer for FMCG client is a huge PLUS for senior positions
  • Active leadership role in organizations is a huge Plus for junior positions
  • Understanding the principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • With or without working experience
  • Knowledgeable with Phone Ethics
  • Has the Confidence to do outbound calls
