Job Description
- Provide the best customer care to our clients.
- Handle clients' concerns and inquiries through calls, emails, or personal customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Admin., and HR teams regarding the concerns for proper resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in handling clients' concerns and inquiries.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable on SWOT Analysis and handling client negotiations.
