  • At least 2-years of experience in supervising, coaching, and leading others in a call center environment;
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales (field and call center) is required;
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven leadership skills;
  • Ability to coach and train in a positive manner;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proficient in desktop applications and Microsoft Office;
  • Must be a good and passionate sales person;
  • Has the ability to teach skills to teammates.
