Job Description
- Utilize coaching, technical expertise, and ongoing training to further equip your team for success.
- Supports and expects adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Increase call center performance by recommending changes and opportunities for improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years of experience in supervising, coaching, and leading others in a call center environment;
- 2-5 years of experience in sales (field and call center) is required;
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven leadership skills;
- Ability to coach and train in a positive manner;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficient in desktop applications and Microsoft Office;
- Must be a good and passionate sales person;
- Has the ability to teach skills to teammates.
