Job Description
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Will be responsible in ordering stocks to the suppliers in China.
- Mediator between e-commerce manager and supplier.
- Prepare and maintain documents and records.
- Undertake other tasks from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a graduate of any four-year course but preferably a graduate of any Business related course.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent in speaking and writing in Chinese.
- Conversational fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Can also communicate effectively in English.
