- Prepares check vouchers per property for disbursements, including debit memos and Petty cash fund replenishment.
- Prepares weekly payroll.
- Prepares VAT, withholding tax and all other tax remittances to the BIR.
- Monitors cash flow for disbursement purposes.
- Knowledgeable in making financial statement
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- FEMALE Only
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management or equvalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
