The company was established in 1979 in a 35-hectare compound in Barrio Tagpos, Binangonan, Rizal where the Head Office, steel plant and tube mill are located.

The company belongs to the Lucio Tan Group of Companies which include: PAL, PNB, PMFTC, Asia Brewery, Inc., U.E., Tanduay Distillers, Inc., Foremost Farms, Inc., Absolute Distillers, Inc., Century Hotel, Manufacturing Services Inc., Himmel Industries, Inc., and Eaton Properties.

The Management and production team is composed of competent, licensed architects, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial, and electronics and communications engineers who have extensive work experience in the different fields of engineering, technical services and quality control.

Our company is ISO 9001-2008 compliant for design, fabrication and erection of structural steel as audited and assessed by the Certification International Phils., Inc.
