Job Description
- Facilitate the team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Managing the Scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology
- Responsible for removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making process to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum Frameworks
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style wherever possible, and leading by example
- Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in a literation, which is based on evidence and reliable source
- Needs to be an expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in software development as PM / BA
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
- Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
- Knowledge of Agile approaches
- Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs
- Problem Solving Aptitude
- Have a good communication skill
- Have knowledge about Agile techniques
- Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time
- Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery
- Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments and Agile practices
