Tribun Network Product Manager  

Tribun Network Product Managers will be tasked to both revamp and transform the existing tribunnews.com Health and Travel site into a customer-centric health and travel recommendation and content provider and to generate new business revenue stream(s). The product manager will lead the development of new products by performing research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest travel, health, and other digital trends to identify and fill product gaps, as well as generate new ideas that improve market share, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Job description:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of assigned product technical domain, functionality, or business initiative, includes product strategy, roadmap, and release management.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate ideas or concepts to determine whether there is sufficient strategic, market, and financial merit from continued consideration and possible development into a product through industry research, direct client/prospects meetings, and through internal cross function stakeholders.
• Outline the product scope and market requirements, define success metric for each product strategy, and develop test plans and use cases.
• Identify changing trends and opportunities in the travel, hospitality, tourism, health, and digital space in markets around the globe.
• Handling data analytics, product performance, KPIs, user feedback, and continuous product improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, and or any other relevant field.
• Maximum of four (4) years of experience working in digital product development and management.
• Preferably, a solid experience and knowledge in travel OR health OR e-commerce (vertical product monetization in travel and health) industry.
• Excellent spoken and written Indonesian and English skills.
• Possess strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, projects, and engagements to completion.
• Strong analytical capability and familiarity with customer journey: from leads generation to customer acquisition, conversion, and usage.
