Job Description
- Memfasilitasi perencanaan bisnis Group of Media dan seluruh Business Unit di bawahnya.
- Memastikan penyelarasan strategi mulai dari tingkat Corporate Group of Media s/d fungsi departemen.
- Memonitoring dan mengevaluasi implementasi strategy initiatives.
- Memfasilitasi komunikasi antar BU/Fungsi, mulai dari perencanaan bisnis s/d implementasi strategi.
- Mengoptimalisasi "sinergi bisnis" antar BU.
- Governance "strategy management" - calendar of event/corporate agenda.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 tahun pengalaman pada bidang Strategy Management.
- Tertarik/memiliki keahlian dalam Business Strategy, Strategy Management, Project Management.
- Memahami broadview industri media.
- Keahlian: Balance Scorecard, SWOT, PDCA dan management tools lainnya.
- Diutamakan yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan: Industrial Engineering (Bachelor Degree) atau Master of Business Administration.
