Job Description
- Maintain database tenaga kerja dan memastikan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaannya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
- Memastikan seluruh unsur-unsur dalam perusahaan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku
- Menangani kasus yang timbul akibat pelanggaran peraturan perusahaan oleh karyawan
- Menangani kontrak kerjasama dengan vendor
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 2.75 diutamakan jurusan Hukum
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait
- Komunikatif
- Kemampuan Negosiasi
- Mobilitas Tinggi
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis
- Menguasai pengetahuan dasar legal drafting
