Job Description
- Provide primary administrative support for local marketing team
- Facilitates overall budget monitoring for total Marketing Team:
- Tracks approved budget, planned spending and actual spend
- Tracks payment status and actual posting
- Weekly reconciliation with Finance Team
- Ensures timely processing and closure of:
- EPR, Manual PR & Release of PO
- PRF
- Submission of invoices from suppliers and corresponding Pay-out
- G-cash / Credits seeding to drivers
- Liaise with vendors, producers, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing Department
- Manage stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Procurement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have experience in budgeting
- Have 3+ years doing administration
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
