Job Description
- Addressing of day-to-day driver concerns
- Coordinating with DLR Manila team to implement incentives
- Monitoring of driver incentives payouts
- Review of fraud cases and driver disputes
- Monitoring of driver and passenger behavior and complaints
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with a degree in Management and Mktg. preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience of management/marketing
- Entrepreneurial – strong experience in the startup environment
- Strong Knowledge of operations
- Strong Knowledge of the local market (strong network within the taxi industry preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office tools such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Strong experience in sales and presentations
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
