Job Description
- Helps Talent Acquisition Business Partners in administering technical examinations, scheduling of interviews.
- Handles on boarding recruitment process.
- Manages employees' 201 files, help in job fairs & hiring for interns and handle any ad hoc activities.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has 3-6 months recruitment experience from BPO company.
- Can administer technical examination and can deal with Hiring Managers.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Keen to details.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on longer hours and in Makati.
- 3 month employment contract only.
