Job Description
- Effectively maintain and renew existing drivers’ rental contracts.
- Prospect new drivers’ acquisition opportunities and respond to all rental enquiries and active follow ups.
- Maintain a sufficient pool of sales pipeline and deliver a steady stream of leads to meet monthly KPIs.
- Be responsible for Drivers and Fleet Partners’ relationship management.
- Track personal sales statistics and submission of sales report for periodical review.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least a Diploma.
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Prior track records of sales goals and ability to negotiate.
- Preferably with experience in an automotive / car rental industry.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to resolve issues and conflicts
