Job Description

  • Handle and manage in the Procurement process with professionalism.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety.
  • Require to liaise, closely monitor and follow up with all purchasing activities including delivery schedules, to meet the required date.
  • Conduct product pricing analysis from time to time and actively participate in pricing negotiations with vendors.
  • Generate PO, follow up payments status with finance and payment issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of any course.
  • Advanced to expert skills in using Microsoft Office tools, specially MS Excel
  • Experienced doing sourcing of different vendors, specific to the need of the client
  • Done assessment and analysis of the logistics and can provide recommendations to the customer
  • Experience with negotiation with different vendors
