Job Description
IN YOUR ROLE AS A SOCIAL MEDIA SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE , YOU WILL:
- Maintain and coordinate Grab’s social content marketing calendars including brand, product and values.
- Oversee owned social media channels development and management, including content scheduling and community engagement campaigns. Focusing specifically on increasing brand affinity and loyalty.
- Create and optimise content that works best for specific social platforms, based on understanding of the different nuances of each platform. Scope covers copywriting, design, basic photography & videography, and positioning.
- Proficient at producing video and visual content, including storyboarding, developing the stories behind the social posts, shooting and editing.
- Project manage agencies or freelancers on larger scale production projects, including videography and photography.
- Manage community, identify and engage with social influencers
- Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Test new content, campaigns and strategies; run experiments and analyse the results to constantly iterate content and campaigns.
- Demonstrate firm grasp of social content trends and translate trends into content for Grab’s social channels
Minimum Qualifications
AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in visual design and communications
- Proficiency in FB Business Manager, Social Media publishing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Lithium), Analytics tools (e.g. GA), online monitoring tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Synthesio)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or other related video and image editing software
Specific experience
- Proven success driving social campaigns
- Expertise in both creative and promotional copywriting
- A data-driven mindset toward social content and publishing
- Up to date understanding of the social media/digital media landscape and ongoing trends
- Strong project management skills and experience in social media content production, with the ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently, whilst also a team player for broader social media strategies, monitoring or tactical campaigns
- Prior experience working in an agency would be advantageous
- A passion in video making and photography.
- Basic experience in editing and filming videos and photography.
- Ability to write well. By that we mean writing with perfect grammar and personality. We value a direct and engaging writing style over a pretentious vocabulary.
