Job Description
- Strategic Selling - Be at the forefront of driving sales and awareness of Grab for Work solution in Enterprise team. Represent Grab to manage all aspects of the sales process for enterprise accounts including strategizing, prospecting, managing and closing sales opportunities. Provide effective live product demonstrations and adopt a consultative sales approach to drive Grab for Work adoption in companies.
- Cultivate client relationships and align to client agenda: Develop and manage relationships in the enterprise accounts segment focusing on Philiippines-based customers.
- Expert Selling skills - Understand decision making processes in Enterprises companies for corporate transportation solution. Direct connections to Finance and HR decision makers will be an advantage in serving as trusted advisor to the client executives.
- Sales Team Collaboration - Work closely with the Sales Managers to forecast sales activity, pipeline building strategies and revenue tracking in CRM systems; and with Account Managers to facilitate post sales transitions to the Account Management team.
- Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with top priority enterprise accounts and decision makers.
- Collaborate with client to identify and address their issues and needs.
- Meet quarterly revenue targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- At least two plus (2+) years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales or business development expertise., with experience in consultative selling to large enterprise customers in Philippines.
- Proven track-record in managing complex sales of enterprise solutions from lead to close. Consistently over-achieved sales targets in previous sales roles.
- Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationship to strategically market Grab for Work to corporations
- Demonstrated ability to see through full sales cycle from creating pipeline of sales leads, managing sales activities to clients’ management to ensure pre to post- sales clients’ satisfaction.
- Effective Communicator - Strong verbal and written communication skills, where fluency in local languages required in business communications is a must and regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work in a VUCA (Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
- Direct sales experience selling to Finance / HR decision makers will be advantageousPrevious Sales Methodology training preferred.
- Familiar with salesforce and CRM tools and strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Google Apps for Work.
