Job Description
GrabFood PH is in need for AR specialists to join our Revenue and Collections team. The candidates must be keen to details necessary in tracking the invoices and payment status, especially of big accounts. They must have analytical skills which are vital in resolving disputes raised by partner Merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Process billing/invoicing
- Sends payment reminders and perform call outs for collection
- Identifies collection credited to our bank account
- Attends to merchant's inquiries about billing
- Resolves disputes
- Reconciliation with the partner merchant
- Contributes to process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- With at least 2 years experience in handling Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work Project-based
