Job Description
To ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process, and technology
- responsible to ensure day-to-day office duties are completed efficiently and effectively
- monitor, track and source for credible vendors to meet pantry, stationery, and office related supplies
- monitor and manage outsource cleaning services with vendor
- identify, track and service faulty items
- support keys management
- support assets management
- assist with townhall and company event on arrangement & setup
- track & maintain accurate admin related expenses
- track seating arrangement
- consolidate admin details from other offices in the cities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal 4 years of experience in relevant function
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft office software & IT savvy
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication skills in order to coordinate with employees & vendors
