Job Description
If you enjoy exploring new business opportunities, have a knack for striking deals, love sales and are excited about the prospect of going around Metro Manila to meet prospective partners, then become a Business Development Associate for BigDish!
Responsibilities
- Helping restaurants gain a stronger position in the market by partnering up with BigDish
- Searching for prospective restaurant partners and generating sales leads. Leads can range from 5-star establishments, to huge chain restaurants and to hole-in-the wall eateries
- Effectively building and managing a sales pipeline
- Sharing insights and learnings with the rest of the team, aiming to continuously push BigDish forward
- Maintaining and enhancing professional knowledge by taking part in trainings; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Minimum Qualifications
- Confident personality and loves to deal with people and feels comfortable establishing new connections with new people
- At least 1 year of Sales experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Intelligent, social, enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated and most importantly: great sense of humor!
- Should be comfortable working in a multi-cultural team
- Comfortable with ambiguity: we’re a young company, so processes and strategy are not yet set in stone
