Job Description
- Provide superior client technical support for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests related to Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation / Deactivation)
- Identify and escalate product bugs to the analytics escalation team or engineering team
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels
- Bachelor’s Degree holder from an accredited institution or must have reached college level with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a BPO and/or captive services organizations
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and disseminate
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Understanding of Javascript & HTML and its debugging tools (chrome console, firebug etc)
- Understanding of web technologies, i.e. browsers, HTTP, HTML and Javascript
- Understanding of SQL & mobile app versioning, mobile operating system concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based or analytics products
- Experience with Google Adwords, Doubleclick Bid Manager (DBM), Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM), Doubleclick Search (DS), Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP)
- Experience with Ad Tags (configuration via Google Tag Manager for 3rd party tags)
- Knowledge in IOS and Android SDK
- Work experience as data analyst is a plus
