Job Description

The reservations team needs your help and we need someone who is absolutely comfortable in speaking and writing in above average English as most of our clients are from other countries. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Answer emails and phone calls.
  • Assist the Processing team with client communications.
  • Create New Service Systems.
  • Enhance current service systems.
  • Be available to your customers at all hours of the day.
  • Perform Golf Tour Guiding.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge of Gmail and Google Docs usage.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-driven.
  • Has a sense of urgency.
