Job Description
The Training Officer is responsible for assisting the Assistant Training Manager in formulating training modules and conducting training and product orientation. Provide suggestions or recommendation for the training needs of the employees to help them hone their developmental skills.
- Facilitates in the product orientation for Product Specialists
- Conducts product training for Product Specialists in Manila and provincial areas
- Assess evaluation results of each conducted training or seminars
- Formulate training outline and modules based on the needs of the employees
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
- With at least 2 years work experience in training and development
- With good oral and written communication skills
- With excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be resourceful and analytical
- Willing to travel (if there's a need)
