Job Description
- Set-Up and maintenance of Customer Ledgers
- Updating of interest and penalty charges in Quick Books
- Recording/Posting of ORs/ARs in the system
- Preparation of Monthly Cash Receipts Summary
- Preparation of Journal Entries
- AR Aging Report and Analysis
- Qualification of accounts for commission release
- Posting of CM/DM in Quick Books
- Journalize Take-outs.
- Journalize Cash Receipts (ORs)
- Journalize Forfeited accounts.
- Collection Report Summary (Takeout and ORs)
- Prepare list of Accounts for Sales recognition.
- Takeout
- Moved-In
- Construction on lot only units
- Preparation of monthly electric billing to buyers
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting, particularly in Accounts Receivable;
- With experience in using Quick Books and/ or other Accounting Software;
- Able to check the validity and accuracy of source documents;
- Ability to prioritize and manage work load and deadlines;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
