Job Description
- Issuing of receipts to buyers, cleared checks, etc.
- Handling of company revolving funds
- Assessment of real property tax yearly
- Monitoring of title transfer paid by the company on behalf of the buyer
- Handling of accounts receivable for subsidiary company
- Daily deposits of cash or post-dated checks
- Filing of land titles
Minimum Qualifications
- Is well-organized and meticulous;
- Flexible in adapting to new tasks;
