Job Description
- Prepare/cook healthy dishes for a residence; family of 3 persons. For breakfast example:
- Salad. egg, wheat bread, and/or what the junior chef can create daily
- Lunch: steamed fish, veg dishes, or chicken
- Dinner: veg, fish, soup or beef dish
- No of additives, msg, too much salt etc.
- Cook food according to designated recipes provided by the homeowner or on other instructions
- Waste any expired food in the pantry or refrigerator and ensure that food supplies are kept at an adequate level
- Handle kitchen cleaning duties such as sanitizing countertops and arranging cupboards
- Ensure that all kitchen appliances such as cooking ranges, dishwashers and microwaves are cleaned and maintained perfectly
- Wash and dry dishes and make sure that they are put away in designated cupboards
- Change linen and make beds on a daily basis along with tidying up bedrooms and living rooms
- Empty waste bins and ensure that all waste is properly segregated before put away
- Wash down bathrooms and replenish supplies such as soap and toilet paper
- Waste any expired food in the pantry or refrigerator and ensure that food supplies are kept at an adequate level
- Scrub stains and mildew from surfaces such as floors and countertops
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, Female
- With relevant experience or fresh graduate
- Trustworthy, good, clean, honest, diligent, and hardworking
- Preferably, Stay-in
- With at least 2-3 years working as a cook and doing household chores
