Job Description
- Conducts active research through SEO/ SEM about the industry to target customers and other relevant topics for marketing
- Supervises:
- branch level merchandising
- media
- events
- community relations
- promotions
- local advertising
- Manages periodic checks to ensure that branches are compliant with company’s branding standards
- Creates the content for:
- creative copywriting
- press releases
- corporate presentations
- product marketing collaterals
- Maintains liaison with external and internal suppliers,
- Assists in commissioning and delivering of marketing materials (e.g. website, marketing collaterals)
- Liaises with other companies for partnerships, sponsorships, and ties ups
- Manages media channels
- Continuously engage with existing audiences and attract new ones
- Design, build and sustain social media presence
- Brainstorms on creative growth strategies
- Creating social media content strategy
- Assists the team in the preparation and presentation of
- product orientation
- product launches
- branch openings
- projects or events
- Coordinates marketing campaigns
- Ensures the marketing campaigns comply with parameters and project plan
- Creates and improves:
- corporate design
- web project layouts (interface, landing pages, company website)
- Designs:
- print marketing collaterals
- web layouts
- Performs other duties outside of current scope in support of evolving business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
- 2- 3 years in marketing and PR specialist or similar role
- Experienced In:
- in market research
- in the banking and finance industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills handling simultaneous projects and tasks
- Expert communication skills
- Exceptional writing skills to be able to create content and edit copy for the company’s website and other communication mediums
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, inspire and motivate
- Forward thinking in and in sync with current industry trends and market conditions to be able to give recommendations regarding best practices for improving marketing performance.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Maintains a positive attitude under pressure
- Seasoned graphic designer
