Job Description
- Serves as focal point and main face of the company's products and services in its branches
- Markets the company's products aggresively to walk-in branch prospects
- Initiates and/or participates in micro-marketing activities designed to attract new and repeat customers within the immediate trade area of the branch
- Processes loan applications and conducts front line credit assessment and provides recommendations for loan applicant's credit worthiness according to pre-determined credit acceptance criteria
- Facilitates loan releases to clients including handling and processing of loan documentation and disbursement of cash proceeds to and/or processing of account crediting for the borrower
- Receives and address client inquiries in coordination with head office departments if necessary
- Ensures efficient branch operations, including the following functions:
- Branch opening / closing
- Coordination with lessors such as mall operators, among others
- Cash management by ensuring sufficient cash supply in the branches at all times
- Branch security by adhering to control procedures and security protocols at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year degree course
- Preferably with at least 1-year working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with experience working in branch operations of banking / financial institutions or financing/lending companies
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension
- Has the following characteristics:
- Assertive with a sense of urgency in achieving sales targets and customer service metrics for the branch assigned
- True passion for delighting customers with superior service
