Job Description
Work with minimal supervision on the following HR functions:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Training
- Performance Management
- Comp&Ben
- People Policy Development and Implementation
- Employee Counselling
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Industrial Psychology or other related courses
- At least 3-years of HR experience; supervisory experience, a plus
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and employee development.
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Better than average computer skills (Excel, HRIS, Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
