Sales Manager  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

Sales:

• Ensure implementation of sales plans for the company's main financial product and lead in executing sales strategies to attain excellence in overall individual and team goals and quotas.Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of support team.
• Monthly analyze the results of sales plans implementation and, if it’s necessary, make adjustments to sales plans for subsequent periods.
• Manager sales activities, provide direction and hold branch loan specialists accountable in delivering results.
• Take the necessary measures in the absence of positive sales dynamics at all administrative levels of the company.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and incentive programs to achieve goals.
• Grow existing clients by obtaining re- loans/ renewals and scheduling promotions to increase sales.
• Determine the strategy for sales network development (both quantitatively and qualitatively), and also take a direct part in the selection of new places to locate sales points.
• Establish and enforce proper branch operations processes, procedures, policies, and principles.
• Perform other duties outside of current scope in support of evolving business needs.
• Work with Marketing & PR team to develop effective brand knowledge.

People Management:

• Initiate Employee Development Programs for sales and customer service specialists in conjunction with HR Department.
• Develop sales and customer service team through motivation, counseling and continuous product knowledge education.

Formal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
• Proven experience of 3- 5 years as Sales Manager or similar role
• Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus
• Proven track record of sales success
