Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Posts job immediately upon receipt of Manpower request
- Source, invite & interview candidates
- Endorse candidates to respective department for final interview
- Collect pre-employment requirements and subject candidate for background check
- Prepare Job offer and have them signed by the candidate
- Orient and endorse/introduce new hire to their department
Employee Relations:
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
- Prepare and document memorandums for investigation and schedule of Administrative hearing
- Send and serve memos to employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- With comprehensive knowledge and experience in all HR facets especially Employee Relations and Recruitment & Staffing
- With exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
