Graphic Designer  

The Marketing Graphic Designer will work with a team of content creators, salesforce specialists, web developers, and other designers to reach B2B audience through powerful digital marketing campaigns. He/She will collaborate with support teams to create goal-driven creative solutions.

• As a Marketing Graphic Designer, he/she will be expected to design and execute:
  • Marketing collaterals
  • Presentations
  • Infographics
  • Brochures
  • Advertisements
  • Email and websites templates
  • All other graphic design requirements
• Work with video editor and content team to design storyboard and graphics needed for videos;
• Study and understand design trends for local / country-specific marketing campaigns, and develop materials based on team recommendations;
• Create quarterly study of competitors across markets based on their marketing collaterals and designs;
• Assists in developing and maintaining aesthetic cohesiveness of marketing materials across all media based on Branding Guidelines and Standards;
• Perform all other tasks determined by the Global Marketing Coordinator and other marketing stakeholders.

• BS, BA (four year degree), preferably in Multimedia Arts, Design, Business, Marketing or other Business-related subjects
• Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and G-Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration)
• Expert knowledge in multimedia design tools (e.g. Adobe Ai, Id, Ps) and working knowledge on video editor tools (e.g. Premiere and After Effects)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 2 years experience in Graphic Design with strong background in Marketing or related fields
• Excellent understanding digital design strategies and B2B online marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
• Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
