Email Marketing Specialist  

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing programs and campaigns to generate leads for goFLUENT’s products and services. He/She is we well adept with the best practices for program execution, continuous improvement, technology updates and business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute marketing automation campaigns and programs to drive lead generation, retention and nurturing campaigns in Marketo or any other Marketing Automation or Emaill Marketing Systems.
• Ensure all marketing campaigns are run through the opt out list and comply with all privacy standards.
• Define Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing, Lead Conversion Process, Opportunity Stage Management
• Familiar with measuring Effectivity of Campaign Performance, Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing, Lead Conversion Process, Opportunity Stage Management
• Analyze Opportunity conversions, Accuracy of stages/probability, marketing stages, campaign performance, database health, & acquisition source, and program/touchpoint effectiveness
• Improve Key Marketing and Sales Operational Processes and Standards, Improve Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing, Lead Conversion Process, Opportunity Stage Management, Improve Sales Processes
• Do QA for lists used for segmented marketing campaigns
• Provide support for client webinar using Marketo programs and campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Computer Systems, Information Technology
• Required Language: English
• 1-3 years of working experience in Email Marketing
• Experience in Marketing Operations role using Salesforce and Marketo technologies
• B2B marketing experience in global environment preferred.
• HTML/CSS programming experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in the following areas:
  • Strong reporting and Analytics Abilities
  • Expertise in Reporting and Analytics Tools in Marketo and CRM products.
  • Experience in Developing, Implementing and Maintaining Lead Nurturing Programs.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel.
