Job Description
- Works directly with Pre-Sales Team for achieving the project deliverables on time
- Works with SAT for Liferay (CMS) requirements related to Integration
- Configures Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) Integration between goFluent app and client’s LMS
- Configures Single Sign-On (SSO) access between goFluent app and client’s LMS
- Configures Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) identity authorization between goFluent app and client’s LMS
- Updates configurations as requested for SCORM/SSO/SAML integrations
- Work with the developer for technical issue beyond configuration
- Tests Integrations of goFluent application with client’s LMS Investigates and identify root cause of integration issues
- Troubleshoots Integration error SSO. SAML. SCORM if not working as expected
- Documents test results and/or investigation results of any Integration effort
- Automates repetitive Integration tasks and testing tasks
- Provides support for Integrations issues on Production
- Decommission Integrations for inactive clients or users
- Supports the Testing and Level 2 Support team for Integration-specific items
- Team member, Level 2 support team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiarity with Databases and the SQL scripts
- Familiarity with Console logs, network and server logs
- Adept with use of browser’s development tools
