Job Description
The Junior SaaS Administrator joins high-performing Sales Operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring worldwide sales organization efficiency. We are looking for a detailed, structured, and motivated Junior SaaS Administrator to drive CRM (Salesforce.com) and other SaaS tools optimization, implement key sales support processes, and analyze data to provide reports to business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement changes in CRM system and in other SaaS
- Support worldwide sales teams using Salesforce.com with managing requests, including report creation and workflows management
- Work to improve database quality
- Analyze data and trends to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
- Develop and promote new initiatives and processes to ensure successful SaaS adoption
- Assist with sales onboarding and training
- Provide high quality support to internal customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS administration, sales operations, business intelligence or similar in a high growth environment
- Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
- Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
