Job Description
We are looking for a smart individual with strong potential in Finance, accounting and controlling.
- He / She will assist the SVP of Finance, overseeing 19 entities in 4 continents.
- He/She will have to collect, review and analyse accounting and financial data and support the group reconciliation and consolidation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the dispatch of key accounting elements to the different entities of the Group
- Collect financial statements in due time
- Control financial statements to be sure that they are accurate and compliant with the Group’s chart of account.
- Collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Assess levels of financial risk within organisations
- Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
- Assess financial operations and make best-practices recommendations to management
- Costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Accounting Auditor.
- Knowledge in Account Reconciliation, Financial Statements & Cash Management
- Knowledge in US GAAP, QuickBooks online and other accounting software is an advantage.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and with high level of integrity and work values.
- Highly logical and analytical.
- Self-disciplined, hardworking and can work well with minor supervision.
- Efficient and fast learner.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
