Job Description
- H/She will conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization
- H/She will create, design, enhance and facilitate additional training courses
- H/She will conduct training sessions on topics related to effective communication, Telephone Etiquette, Voice and accent neutralization, other soft skills related topics.
- S/He will prepare modules and power point presentations for the training workshops
- S/He will help prepare pricing proposals for clients
- S/He will help identify targets to sell
- Collaborate with the operations and support groups
- Conducts language assessments to evaluate the English communication skills of pre-hire, new hire and (post-hire) current employees.
- Does client interfacing and training schedule coordination.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in BS/A Linguistics
- Excellent English Language Communication Skills
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PPT, Word
- Highly organized and proactive
- Strong presentation skills
- Candidates must be willing to in Eastwood Libis Quezon City.
