Job Description
We are currently looking for competent individuals ready to take on new challenges in the field of Finance. Outlined below are the qualities and capabilities that we are looking for.
Can perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as but not limited to:
- Preparation of checks, vouchers, invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers for the order and delivery of goods and/or services
- Filing and recording of day-to-day transactions
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, in Accountancy or related field.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping/payroll processing is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, keen-to-details and results-oriented.
- Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employee specializing in Clerical/Administrative/Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
