Email Marketing Specialist - Alabang  

The goFLUENT Marketing team is looking for a strong addition to our growing team who will be on top of automating our marketing efforts and aligning them with our lead generation and database management strategies. This role will be highly focused on email marketing, maximizing Marketo as a tool for automation for our global sales teams. Getting the right emails in to the right inboxes at the right time to improve open and click-through rates is just the basics of the role. You will be expected to develop and track email campaigns and landing pages alongside a team of content writers and web developers, work closely with the lead generation team to identify and execute outbound marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Create email marketing campaigns and web landing pages through a marketing automation platform
• Support marketing coordinators to create email campaigns for their different markets.
• Work with content, design, and tech teams to manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends;
• Segment contacts lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.);Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database;
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize email marketing performance;
• Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists;
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends;
• Participate in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization;

• BS, BA (fouryear degree), preferably in Business, Marketing or other Business-related subjects;
• Basic experience in Digital marketing
• Basic experience with at least one of these email marketing tool: Mailchimp, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using Marketo would be ideal
• Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and G-Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and data analysis;
• Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics;
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
• Technically capable;
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization;
• Excellent writer and communicator
