Are you a strong administrator with an interest in Human Resources? Are you available for an immediate start? We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
- Act as the main contact for general HR inquiries
- Updating HR correspondence documents and templates
- Assist with the maintenance and administration of HR information systems
- Develop and distribute Employment Agreements and new employee documentation
- Coordinate and deliver induction processes for new team members
- HR administrative work, including letter generation and maintenance of reporting
- Support to maintain ongoing HR projects
Recruitment
- Technical and general recruitment – around half the role will be recruitment related, sourcing technical and general staff for our business nationally.
- Understanding of IT roles and proactive recruitment through LinkedIn preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to enable you to deal with matters that are sensitive, confidential or contentious in nature
- Excellent organisational skills, with a pro-active approach to issue resolution
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
- Intermediate to Advanced capability in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Administration function or similar is essential
