Job Description
- Receive calls and handle both customers' and partners' queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with travel partners regarding content and queries on posted packages.
- Record and manage sales, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and expenses.
- Perform banking transactions.
- Make and manage bookings for customers.
- Quality control of partners’ tour posts on the website.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-years experience minimum with any travel agency;
- Organized in recording and managing accounting-related information;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
