Product Researcher [GO-PAY]  

Responsibilities

You will be an integral part in product development, where you play an active role in delivering the users’ voice into the product pipeline. Product Researchers help bring the culture of research in the way we develop product by providing an in-depth understanding of users’ behavior.

What your day will look like

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineer, and Analysts to ensure that your research aligns with the project vision and objectives.
• Employ best practices for product research in collaboration with COE at Go-Jek
• Plan, design, execute, and manage user research projects that can span from “up the funnel” foundational research, mapping and evaluating a UX flow, quantitative survey, to concept and usability testing
• Synthesizing research findings into robust and inspiring recommendations, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data
• Facilitate inspiration workshop where you guide stakeholders to come up with ideas that are based from the insights you have gathered
• Work closely with Market research peer to ensure Product & Market insights are fused throughout the business and product development process
• Mentor more junior researchers to up their research and stakeholder management skill set

• Has 3-5 years experience or more in the field of UX Design, Product Development, Product Strategy, User Research
• Is knowledgeable and experienced with basic survey or polling methodologies Is knowledgeable and experienced using qualitative research methods
• Has conducted research that addresses one of the following: identifying consumer tensions/barriers/blockers, assessing product user issues, experimental designs, product evaluation
• Has a proven track record of designing, executing, and sharing research on User experience
• Has experience hands-on managing E2E UX Research projects: Briefing, Execution, Sharing
• Can identify biases from different research techniques and advise to avoid them
• Must be currently residing in Indonesia.
