Job Description
- Build dashboard to give clear and up-to-date information to business leaders related to current human capital condition
- Write quarterly and annual human capital report which will be used as foundation to develop HR related solutions, programs, and policies
- Assist Senior HRBP to resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance and input on business unit organizational restructures and workforce planning
- To monitor all People Partner Data, Probation review, End of Contract review
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience in HRBP
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill with high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy (especially Ms.Excel)
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
