Job Description
- To be the HRBP for our users.
- Manage and solve Human Resource problems and related issues.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team and develop solution, programs and policies.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource area.
- Good communicating skill.
- Data driven.
- Good knowledge in Human Resource, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- From a reputable university.
