Job Description
- Provide necessary data to Accounting regarding billing
- Maintaining invoice for collections to multiple vendors/account
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Having experience minimum 2 years in Billing or related field
- Strong ability to operate Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
