Job Description
- Experienced in CRM/Customer Service Platform (Zendesk/Salesforce/SAP/etc)
- Tech Savvy, Attention to detail & Good in Data Analytics
- Experience in reporting (excel/powerpoint/documentation)
Minimum Qualifications
- Studied Information System/Computer Science/Mathematic or related.
- Excited to analyze a problem, have a good logic, and confidence to do presentation (both in Bahasa & English).
- Have a critical thinking and able to solve problems based on data and fully IT literate.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Web Developer is preferable.
- Understand and have an experience in database management & web development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, JavaScript, REST API, Unix, Etc)
- Strong Customer Service knowledge and skills (product and procedures knowledge).
- Advanced knowledge of administering the customer service platform..
- Advanced knowledge of CRM system and other customer service related system and applications.
- Familiar with ticketing system & workforce management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork and customer minded.
- Result oriented.
- This is full-time employment for permanent position in Kemang Timur, Jakarta.
