Job Description
- Determine content & comm operational strategies by conducting needs assessments and performance reviews
- Responsible for creating and overseeing team structures in the team, and for structuring efficient work and information flow
- Identification and Setting the content & comm strategy & Development and agreement of strategy Map and KPI’s
- Provide insights to related team related to content & communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree,
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development, Customer Service or equivalent.
- Experience to lead customer service content & communication group with various channel and matrix reporting line
